By accessing or using the CricBail platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Platform Usage
CricBail provides a platform for cricket enthusiasts to make predictions and participate in fan challenges. Users must follow these rules:
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.
- Respectful behaviour is required in chat and duels.
- Using bots or exploiting the prediction system will lead to an immediate ban.
- Do not share your account credentials with anyone else.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the CricBail platform—including graphics, UI, and logic—are the exclusive property of CricBail and its licensors. Team logos and names belong to their respective copyright holders, used for informational purposes only. We are not officially affiliated with BCCI or IPL.
4. Liability Limitation
CricBail is an entertainment platform. We are not a betting or gambling application. All points and virtual currencies hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from platform use.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, without prior notice. Duplicate accounts used to manipulate polls or market features will be permanently suspended.
